Private beta: privacy and limits

What is stored

Your account details, original CV uploads (including repeats and failed extractions), extracted text, corrections, confirmed facts, preferences, saved adverts and draft versions are retained in private backend storage. We retain timestamps, hashes, notice acknowledgement and operational access records. Your original is not replaced when you upload a new version.

Who can access it

You and the JobNori owner, for operating and supporting this service. Hosting is on Render. Transactional email uses the configured mail provider and contains account links, not CV content. There is no CV resale, model training, publicly searchable CV bank or default employer sharing. Draft approval does not submit an application.

Retention and deletion

Records remain until you delete the CV or account. Account settings provide private export and deletion. Automatic time-based expiry is not currently available. Access is disabled when account deletion starts; completion is shown by a deletion receipt. Backups, when enabled, need separate erasure reconciliation before any restore. Contact support for deletion questions or a failed receipt. No off-site backup or recovery guarantee is offered during this beta.

Use and limitations

Real-CV intake has not yet been cleared: use synthetic CVs until the owner confirms the readiness checks passed. Text extraction can be partial; image-only and encrypted PDFs may not work. Check all facts and every downloaded file. The current drafts are basic confirmed-fact documents, not a promise of polished tailored CVs. Personal suitability scoring and future-earnings forecasts are not operational. Unknown pay and eligibility remain unknown. Do not rely on this beta for employment, financial or legal decisions.

Optional referrals

Invitations require owner approval. £10 service credit is recorded only for a new friend with separate email verification and a complete CV fact review. Credit is not cash; redemption is unavailable. No billing or subscription payment collection is active.
